I agree with all you said in this post
and see it in the same light as you. Here's my question: What
would the brotherhoods hope to acomplish by taking over the world
on this level?
See, we saw the brotherhood at work keeping
Sophia underwraps and any good thing pertaining to the feminine
aspect of our spiritual work. There was a fight of sorts as Dr.
Steiner explains it and I understand it. Now, I can understand
looking back why this was and unto what however I am wondering
what is in it for the brotherhoods and Americanism? What is the
higher picture? What are they looking for in the end run? What
is the highest ideal of them hoping to achieve? What does this
have to do with the sixth epoch?
These questions are important so we do
not get stuck in the todayness of things? Of course we have to
handle what we have to handle but I believe we must do it with
steadfastness of our spiritual understandings won by our perserverance
on the path. To get lost in the violence and ignorance of those
in office now would throw us from what is really trying to be
heard? It's not how bad they are and so forth, I think it is
more like where do we want to lead and why do we want to lead?
What is the honey at the end of the pot?
I grieve for those beautiful faces I see
on the screen. And I trust it as well. But I do not want to stay
in it. So, how do we affect change without us becoming the very
enemy we say we oppose? How do we not anihilate that which takes
pleasure in anihilating? How do we not become like them by playing
their division game. There must be a balance and I believe this
is what the word 'righteousness' refers to. It is not a weakness
no it is a steadfastness in knowing we know more than we are
able to record in this present time. We are spiritual beings
and we are called to know this precisely in this lifetime. We
are to wake up to the all present Love and radiate this on the
planet. We must try very hard to overcome that which will pull
us down like the others. We must not fall asleep to Love and
our birthright as the heirs to Christ. We are of His lineage
and so we must purport ourselves to the best of our ability.
When you say not a cakewalk how right you
are. And, it is this very fight that we gird ourselves for now.
But not in rage and anger and judgement, rather in Love. Love
is the most powerful force that exists, so I believe. And it
is this we are called to with all our might. And no, it is not
a cakewalk either.

Hey Danny,
This brings to mind what our true task is
in my understanding: using our sword of light, which we each
bear within, to slowly 'enlighten' the dragon that is within
us. And when we do, we will stand taller in stature and almost
reach the heavens, for our shadow has now been transformed, and
not only will it not take away from us any more but it will add
measure.
And to me these are those most important tasks
we face as Steiner students: transforming transforming transforming
ourselves. And when we do this, we will be able to lead the people
to their own inner freedom just by being a living example of
the true Word that exists in each of us: the Cosmic Word will
have become flesh within and there will be no mistaken It.

Danny, thank you for this. I have been thinking
this morn of exactly how this ties in and what I have come to
is the idea that the spiritual aspect within us all is in danger
of degeneration which has been the point since the beginning
of the seperation. I don't think of it as a physical feminine
degeneration, rather it is a spiritual degeneration.
To me, these warring men are being seduced
by Luci. She is drawing them out towards destruction as she laughs
at their stupidity of thinking they can lord over all including
Her and the World. They have been seduced and it is going to
kick their asses as can be seen by the Muslims that are not for
Osama and the Christians that are counter to George Bush. The
seduction of war is the seduction to believe in ones own power
with the help of God. Lucy's the stand in and is a powerful ego
buste if one is awake enough to her seductive powers.
And we are all open to this seduction as can
be seen in Eclesiastics. The fools are kings and the kings are
fools. Who thinks he is a wise man is a fool. Keeps us all in
balance if we are truly looking for experiencing Christ and then
expressing it. The next test would be how we then treat others
who think differently than us after we have won our wisdom. The
game is not over yet. This is where Lucy comes in as she gives
one enough rope to hang oneself. A great book that speaks to
this was written by Paulo Cuhuelo(sp:( called, well I can not
think of it right now I will have to check my mini library. But
what happens in the first or second scene is a big whump on the
head when we realize we may have chosen the exact decision as
he in that moment. It all comes back to Eclesiastics.
