Hi all:
I'm feeling a little weird about my recent
flaming of the critics. It seems fun in the moment, and I like
the attention, but it just doesn't feel right.
I guess I'm trying to justify it in my mind,
but I'm coming up blank right now.
Is it worth it?
Curiously

If it doesn't feel right, just write about
something else. I flame them for the fun of it, and frankly,
it doesn't make me feel bad at all. The question is, of course,
how much. WC Quote of the Day may be excessive, so perhaps I'll
reduce it to WC Quote of the Week instead. Suggestions are welcome.

Hi Mike,
I enjoy flaming critics as a spectator sport,
but can't really get into it myself. When I can stand to read
the critics list (which is quite seldom these days, because it's
been the same stuff for years and years now) I find that what
works for me is to counter their blanket statements of "all
waldorf schools do X" by pointing out where my personal
experience (two children, three teachers, 14 years at the school)
is quite different.
It has much the same effect as flaming --
debunking the new mythology that the critics are trying to build
up around waldorf. Try it, you might find you like it!
Cheers,
JoAnn
