For so long I have been wishing that could
find the language and levelheadedness to express my own feelings
and thoughts about the accusations racism and anti-Semitism that
have been made on the WC list.
This letter from Jakob
to Dan D. in response to Dan calling his argument "gutless"
says it all.

I thank Jacob too: He has done a superb job
after so many opponents of PLANS have been chopped into mincemeat
- especially after many of us WC veterans decided among ourselves
a couple of years ago to stay away from that list because it
only serves their agenda by adding texts with words related to
RS and anthroposophy and Waldorf to the search engines, boosting
the rating of their website.

When I was showered with insults on the WC
list, I developed the policy of expressing appreciation for the
compliments. Yes, insults, personal attacks, ad hominems or whatever,
are always symptomatic of weaknesses and shortages in the ammo
of real arguments. And what I can see from this post by Jacob
and the one preceding it by Dan Dugan, Jacob has been paid a
compliment by DD himself.
Dan Dugan, however, was always a gentleman,
and quite objective. Well, he was until Peter Staudenmaier arrived.
Dan seems to be mesmerized by Peter because Peter is his dream
come true: In 1999, Dan was alone about his Nazi war dance against
Steiner, and his arguments were few and weak. So Dan's objectivity
as moderator seemed to be clouded by Peter - something that resulted
in me leaving the list for good two years ago in protest against
Dan's censorship: He claimed that calling a certain allegation
by Peter' a lie. It is the statement he makes in the so-called
"opening device" of his infamous piece of slander,

In June 1910 Rudolf Steiner, the founder of
anthroposophy, began a speaking tour of Norway with a lecture
to a large and attentive audience in Oslo. The lecture was titled
"The Mission of Individual European National Souls in Relation
to Nordic-Germanic Mythology." In the Oslo lecture and throughout
his Norwegian tour Steiner presented his theory of "national
souls" (Volksseelen in German, Steiner's native tongue)
and paid particular attention to the mysterious wonders of the
"Nordic spirit." The "national souls" of
Northern and Central Europe were, Steiner explained, components
of the "germanic-nordic sub-race," the world's most
spiritually advanced ethnic group, which was in turn the vanguard
of the highest of five historical "root races." This
superior fifth root race, Steiner told his Oslo audience, was
naturally the "Aryan race."

Steiner never said anything about the Aryan
race being a superior race, but Peter says he did, and that is
what I call a lie, pure and simple. But calling this a lie was,
according to DD, an ad hominem argument. Which gave me a good
reason to say goodbye

I have not called my fellow
subscribers anything at all. I did write at one point that they
waddled like mudducks, and I would have accepted a protest on
that one. But to call a statement a lie is within the bounds
of topic-related, issue-related, statement-related freedom of
expression.
Nothing to do with censorship,
When I am prevented from saying
that a statement is an untruth, a lie, it is censorship.
Five months is a long time.

No, Gary. I wasn't booted off, as you can
see from my final message above, although Dan did boot off a
handful of others for calling a spade a spade with regard to
Peter S. They can dish it out, but they can't take it.
The irony of it all is that DD talks about
"the moral baknruptcy of the Steiner cult." Which organization
is most cultlike here and which is most morally bankrupt are
questions for others to answer.
